  1. 32 CBG HQ has a Class B Permanent for a MCpl/MCpl MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA to commence on 16-NOV-2024 until 15-NOV-2027.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Regular Force, Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: MCpl/MCpl
      One rank lower and one rank higher may apply, but will only be considered if no suitable is found. One rank higher will relinquish rank for the duration of their employment.
    2. MOS ID: 00375-01-HRA
      Only HRAs will be considered for this posn.
    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret

    D. Full time Orderly Room experience.
  4. Basic description of duties: Responsible to the PSS. Duties to include (but are not limited to): 1. enrolments & releases; 2. transfers in & out; 3. promotions; 4. leave; 5. pay and allowances (RPSR); 6. Class A, B, C Reserve Service; 7. NES, ED&T, CFR; 8. APRV; 9. domestic and international deployments; 10. CR; 11. record keeping (Guardian, Pers Files, etc.); 12. supervising OR staff; and 13. knowledge and adherence to administrative policy/directives.
