  1. 4 R22eR has a Class B Permanent for a MCpl/MCpl MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA, or 90054-SHARED ADMIN SVCS to commence on 08-NOV-2024 until 07-NOV-2027.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    A. Technical / professional competencies. (1) Knowledge in Microsoft 365 software, Monitor Mass, WEBSTAS, and DRMIS.
    B. Past experience. (1) Work experience in a reserve BOR.
    C. Behavioral competencies. (1) Ability to work with others, (2) Adaptability, (3) Interpersonal skills.
    D. Work conditions. (1) Could work outside normal working hours, (2) Could be deployed on very short notice in the JTF (East) area of responsibility for an indefinite period.
  4. Basic description of duties: a. Perform the general tasks of a reserve unit's reporting office. b. Prepare promotion and assignment files. c. Track ENA and ESI for the unit. d. Order medals. e. Manage the unit's generic email inbox. f. Work closely with the finance section. g. Process payroll and manage the SSRR (Reserve Service Remuneration System). h. Prepare MATA/PATA files. i. Work collaboratively with the Chief HR Assistant and substitute for them as needed. j. Supervise and manage the Admin HR Class A personnel of the unit
