PRes Admin, including RPSR Route Letters/SOU, Guardian, Leave
- Basic description of duties:
A. Prepare and assist in initiating and finalizing all Reserve pay/allowances and entitlements;
B. Prepare and distribute all employment documentation (ClB request msgs and ClB route letters);
C. Maintain all unit personnel files and leave jackets IAW current orders and regulations;
D. Maintain all unit databases, including tracking of IPC changes, Force tests, security clearances, medals etc;
E. Receive, register and distribute all incoming and outgoing correspondence;
F.Assist in enrollments, transfers (component, environmental and occupational)and release documentation; and
G. All other duties as directed by Chain of Command.
