  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. Military Manager, provides oversight to the fire department subunit management process. The work is mainly done in a headquarters office located in Valcartier,
    B. Ensure the implementation and recurring updates of the sub-unit's Continuous Improvement Plan,
    C. Management of human resources and ensuring administrative and financial follow-ups in collaboration with the head of the Fire Department,
    D. Perform various roles and tasks in support of Svc Ops.
