  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    A. Technical / professional competencies. (1) Knowledge in Microsoft 365 software.
    B. Past experience. (1) Work experience as RQMS / within RQ.

    D. Work conditions. (1) Could work outside normal working hours, (2) Could be deployed on very short notice in the JTF (East) area of responsibility for an indefinite period, (3) Remote work will be in accordance with the policy/directive in place for telecommuting, issued by the CO of the employment unit.
    E. Varia (1) Act as Barrack Warden; (2) Act as Fire Warden; and (3) Act as A/USS; (4) Act as U/ISSO and manage team of A/ISSOs.
  4. Basic description of duties: Procurement and Material Management 1. Ensure the sound management of the unit's materiel resources including, rations, fuel, weapons, ammunition, ceremonial stores or any other materiel capacity; 2. Ensure the respect of all R&O applying to supply; 3. Controlling the demand, receipt, issue, and return of material and expendable stores and completing all necessary documentation; 4. Maintain records, reports, returns, accounts and documents pertaining to all stores under direct control / all SCA's; 5. Ensure SCAs are managed and maintained IAW departmental policies; 6. Completing all necessary documents for change and entitlements for all SCAs; 7. Controlling the external loan of stores and equipment with CO's authority and completing all necessary documentation; 8. Maintenance and acquisition of stores including PP&S ensuring that all purchasing falls within the constraints of the Purchasing Agreements the Canadian Forces has made; 9. Coordinate clothing exchanges and issues within the unit; 10. Maintain the computer allotment to the unit and acquire support as required to ensure continued functionality; 11. Ensure serviceability of equipment, and that any defective or missing equipment is effectively reported and corrected; 12. Complete equipment loss and surplus reports and make the necessary recommendations; 13. Ensure the management and monitoring of reports of loss or surplus of equipment and materials supported; 14. Ensure all 638s are up to date; 15. Maintain and organized and tidy RQ, specifically anything related to POL; 16. Pick-up/write-off ammunition as required, recording and documenting all expenditures, accounting for the return of casings, radiation, etc.; Qualifications and Competencies 17. As holder of the unit's main credit card, obtain and maintain all qualifications concerning the FAA Sect 32 and Sect 34, Procurement and Green Procurement; 18. Have a good knowledge of the CFSS, DRMIS, SGPV, SAPM and Microsoft Office Suite software; 19. Possess a valid DND 404 allowing the driving of commercial vehicles, LSVW, Milcots, MSVS and B11 type vehicles; Planning Support and Communications 20. Participate in all the unit's training activities and must be present Tuesday evenings as well as some weekends. 21. Contribute to unit and company-level exercises and training by: a. Supporting planning from a supply and logistics perspective; b. Ensuring equipment requests are effectively submitted and fulfilled; c. Coordinating with CQMS as required to ensure activity needs are met; d. Ensuring sustainment during exercises (as required); and e. Ensuring all returning equipment is inspected, tagged, and repaired as required, and safely stored. 22. Maintain a good work relationship with the Bde's G4 and all other 34 CBG unit's RQMS; Personnel Management 23. Develop and mentor RQ Stores personnel, ensuring regular feedback is provided and formal evaluations are submitted according to the Bn PaCE requirements; 24. Ensure RQ MASS is up to date, and that all subordinates maintain IBTS and SRP-R qualifications; Reporting 25. Generate all reports required by the supervisor and by the 34 CBG HQ G4; 26. Conduct quarterly verifications of all serialized equipment (SNAC Reports);
