C. RPSR and CCPS experience (preferred);

E. Knowledge of policy and procedures concerning reserve pay & administration and reserve benefits and entitlements;
F. Strong verbal and written communication skills;
G. Knowledge of Monitor Mass Reserve Employment Opportunities (REOs) and reserve Class B hiring policy and procedures;

I. Green Procurement, CDWT, COR 152, COR 250 and COR 451 or active expenditure management course prior to August 2024 (preferred); and
J. Guardian with correction mode experience (preferred).
- Basic description of duties:
A. Manage and supervise the 5 CDSG Pers Sp Svcs RFM section;
B. Prepare and process Reserve employment opportunities (REO) in Monitor Mass;
C. Provide advice and assistance to 5 CDSB units including detachment Aldershot and Garrison St John's on EC process, and Reserve hiring policy and procedures;
D. Visit units at 5 CDSG Det Aldershot, and Garrison St John's to conduct a SAV yearly;
E. Monitor establishment and report on reserve personnel employed within 5 CDSB;
F. Review and maintain RFM Standing Order (CGSO 5.1.7);
G. Manage reserve administration for 5 CDSB IAW MHRPP, and maintain UPRs and Guardian accounts;
H. Manage reserve pay and allowances within RPSR accounts for 5 CDSB, CTC HQ and 5 CDTC, IAW MPAIs;
I. Provide guidance and assistance to all units, as required, WRT reserve administration, pay, allowances and benefits;
J. Liaise with respective units to resolve any admin, pay, allowance and benefit issues on behalf of reserve pers employed on base; and
K. Complete other tasks as assigned by the MPAO.
