  1. CFSCE has a Class B Permanent for a Sgt/Sgt MOS ID/Occupation 00168-01-SUP TECH, or 90000-ATR to commence on 20-JAN-2025 until 19-JAN-2028.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

    1. Rank: Sgt/Sgt
      WO/PO1 willing to relinquish and MCpl/MS eligible for promotion to Sgt/PO2 may apply, but will only be considered should no candidate at the Sgt/PO2 rank apply and be found suitable. MCpl/MS not eligible for promotion may be considered for under-ranking
    2. MOS ID: 00168-01-SUP TECH, or 90000-ATR
      Sup Tech will be given priority, but other MOSIDs may be considered if no suitable Sup Tech applicant applies.

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic: The following qualities are preferred for this position: a. comprehensive knowledge of supply procedures; and b. comprehensive knowledge of DRMIS software. *Applicants who do not meet the language requirements of the position may be considered. However, priority will be given to those applicants who meet the language requirements of the position.
  4. Basic description of duties: The SQMS is responsible to the Log O through the RQMS for the following activities: a. Maintain consumables at the required level based on forecasted Ops and Maint Reqrs; b. Maintain control of ammo, wpns, gen stores and special projects; c. Coord receipt and return of eqpt on temp loan; d. Provide account holders with instructions for stocktaking; e. Oversee and execute data entry and account adjustments; f. Investigate any discrepancies on all accounts; g. Initiate PIDs for stocktaking and input counts, and associated documents and processes; h. Promote teamwork; i. Oversight of support requests; j. Provide guidance to staff on supply policy and procedures; k. Perform Other tasks as assigned by the chain of command; l. Supervise civilian employees and Sigs Store man; and m. Other duties as required.

  9. Remarks: Cover letter, resume, current Guardian MPRR and SCPS screen verification of security clearance are to be attached with the nomination in Monitor Mass. Suitable applicants residing within the geographical area will be given preference. Applicant's medical category, physical fitness and security clearance must be current and at the required level for REO. If an applicant has MELs and is still employable within limitations, a copy of the AR/MEL must be fwd to CTC HQ G1 Reserve Admin Cell. Applicants must have the essential quals as outlined in REO. Applicants with a Secret clearance in progress as of the closing date of the REO may be considered, if no suitable applicant with the appropriate clearance applies. Once an applicant has been selected, the home unit must complete C of C concurrence in Monitor Mass.
