  1. 1 CRPG has a Class B Permanent for a MWO/MWO MOS ID/Occupation 90000-ATR to commence on 01-DEC-2024 until 30-NOV-2027.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Cadet Org and Trg Service, Regular Force.

Secondary requirements of position, as applic: - Qualified First Aid (training provided by the unit once expired) - Possess a valid DND 404 and civilian driver license. - PHASE Facilitator. - Ability to lead and mentor Senior NCOs - Ability to work with youth - Ability to instruct using proper instructional techniques - Ability to communicate effectively orally, in particular in a public setting to large audiences - Ability to communicate effectively and in writing (production of plans and reports) - Ability to work well with others in a cross cultural environment with diverse dialects - Comfortable operating on the land during all seasons for extended periods of time (bushcraft)
  4. Basic description of duties: - Assist the company commander to planning, coordinating and implementing the JCR Program across three territories in 44 communities; - Oversee the training of Junior Canadian Ranger Patrols, to include community based training and centralized enhanced training sessions; - Train and mentor Canadian Rangers assigned to the Junior Canadian Ranger Patrols; - Act as the Group Sergeant Major when so assigned in the absence of the GSM; and - Be prepared to conduct other unit tasks and duties expected of an MWO.
