  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic: Desirable to have experience, qualifications, and familiarization with: a. Experience and/or training in instruction with at least one of the following: Basic Instructional Techniques - AHCH, Alternate Instruction Techniques - AIMU, Instructor Supervisor - AHCJ b. Experience working in a Combined Aerospace Operations Centre (COAC); c. Experience in an Air Force training establishment; d. Working knowledge of CFITES; e. Operational experience, preferably deployed; f. Working knowledge of Operational Planning Process; g. Working knowledge of RCAF organization structures; h. Excellent communication skills; and i. Proficient with MS Office software.
  4. Basic description of duties: The AFOD DL Delivery Manager is responsible for the management and supervision of DL staff and the delivery of the AFOD DL courses Blocks 1 through 4. A minimum of 7 working day per month is required in this position due to the number of staff and material to oversee for development of AFO
    D. The DL Delivery Manager has the authority to liaise with the Barker College Multi-Media Lab (MML) on technical issues or content problems surrounding the AFOD DL courses Responsible for: This is a supervisory position in which the incumbent is responsible for: a. Train new DL staff; b. All duties of DOTPD DL staff; c. Coordinate with the DOTPD DL Director and the Registrar regarding AFOD DL course dates; d. Maintain a system for tracking student marks and administrative details defined by the AFOD QS and applicable 1 CAD orders; e. Coordinate and schedule AFOD Block 3 discussion forum facilitators; f. Facilitate AFOD Block 3 discussion forums; g. Instruct on AFOD 5 or other residential courses at Barker College as required; and h. Other duties as assigned.
