    D. Work conditions. (1) Could work outside normal working hours, (2) Could be deployed on very short notice in the JTF (East) area of responsibility for an indefinite period.
  4. Basic description of duties: - Perform and quality control regimental staff duties in general and the Orderly Room in particular; - Manage the Regt day staff - Prepare personnel and administrative instructions and issue routine service orders; - Supervise and train regimental clerks through Supr HR; - Prepare and manage Boards of Inquiry, Summary Investigations and disciplinary documents with squadrons; - Act as the first level review officer for all work submitted for command review, including general review of all documents; - Prepare Commanding Officer Summary Hearings and conduct staff work arising therefrom; - Assist the Regt DCO in supervising the professional development of junior officers; - Supervise regimental drill and ceremonial matters in conjunction with the RSM; - Ensure coordination with external agencies and higher levels in order to optimize the administration of the regiment and its personnel; - Act as an advisor and adviser on personnel administration and officer development to the Cmdt and squadrons. - All other tasks that the Cmdt or the Regt D-Comd may assign from time to time
