Secondary requirements of position, as applic: Desirable: Application of the Canadian Forces Individual Training and Education System (CFITES) or the Air Force Training and Education Management System (AFTEMS); Experience using the Defence Learning Network (DLN) in learner and one (1) other role; Qualified instructor/standards personnel; Experience using Microsoft 365 tools.
  4. Basic description of duties: LSC Project Coordinator is responsible for working as the primary POC of the RCAF LSC and providing support to all ongoing projects as well as assisting contractors in SME and work-related issues. They are also responsible for managing RCAF LSC IT requirements, including subscriptions and PKI. They are expected to hold top-level admin privileges within DLN 3.0 to support RCAF TE/OTU DLN administration. Duties and Responsibilities: Individual Training and Education Project Management a. Set up all initial project meetings; b. Manage the LSC Project Teams channels and documentation; c. Act as primary SME for RCAF LSC pers for basic RCAF and military requirements; d. Provide liaison support for LSC pers with TE/OTU SMEs; e. Maintain the LSC project summary tracker; IT Management/Support f. Act as the primary POC and assist contracted personnel with any IT issues, hardware or software, by managing assyst ticket submission and monitoring ongoing concerns; g. Track and manage all software and product subscriptions and facilitate renewal requirements; h. Hold the role of LRA for all LSC PKI requirements; i. Support onboarding of new personnel through liaison of local IT pers; j. Hold DLN 3.0 top-level admin privileges to support local DLN Administrators with issues in uploading content, elevated privileges, and other first tier support; Administrative Functions k. Monitor the +RCAF LSC inbox and redirect queries to the appropriate channels; l. other duties as assigned.
