Basic description of duties: The IMO is responsible for the oversight of all data management and record keeping functions within the College across all networked (DWAN, CSNI, CTNET, GPNET, DLN/Learning Portal, etc.) and stand-alone (DL internet laptops, Scrubbers, etc.) platforms. the IMO is directly responsible for the IM Team. PRIMARY DUTIES 1. Provide oversight for the CR record keeping activities, the webmaster and content uploaded and DB Admin; 2. Be designated as the overall Content Manager for the CACSC web presence and the course specific online portals; 3. Establish a collaborative content management environment for the College based on Microsoft SharePoint IAW C Army and CADTC directives and policies; and 4. Provide end-user training on IM Tools to College Staff. SECONDARY DUTIES 1. Provide oversight to the USO and ISSO with regards to document security issues and processes. 2. Provide oversight to the USO with regards to CTAT/ITAR compliance issues and processes.
