  1. CFB Trenton has a Class A for a Cpl/Cpl MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA to commence on 07-OCT-2024 until 09-OCT-2034.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Regular Force, Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Cpl/Cpl
      Avrs eligible for immediate promotion to Cpl will be considered, Avrs not eligible for promotion may also be considered and MCpls willing to permanently relinquish their rank to Cpl will be considered if no other suitable applicants apply.
    2. MOS ID: 00375-01-HRA
    3. Language: English or French essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    A. Experience with and working knowledge of Guardian, RPSR and CCPS;
    B. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Monitor Mass;
    C. Experience working in an Orderly room environment;
    D. Should have the ability to work in a dynamic and high tempo environment, on a variety of tasks.
    E. Must be available to work Mon-Fri, from 0800-1600; the expectation is that if the member works as a Class A reserve, they will work minimum 8-12 days per month.
  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. Process entries in Guardian;
    B. Process reserve pay (RPSR & CCPS);
    C. Attend professional development training;
    D. Attend career progression trg;
    E. Completion of personnel administration; and
    F. Other duties and tasks as assigned by the CC. Successful applicant will be responsible for providing human resource services and provide information on benefits, entitlements and allowances to RCAF Reserve members. This position maintains personnel records, pay records and process documentation in the Air Reserve Flight.
