  1. RCACS has a Class B Temporary for a WO/WO MOS ID/Occupation 00005-15-ARMOUR NCM to commence on 04-NOV-2024 until 30-APR-2027.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force.

    1. Rank: WO/WO
      MWO willing to relinquish and Sgt qualified for promotion to WO may apply, but will only be considered should no candidate at the WO rank apply and be found suitable. Sgt not eligible for promotion may be considered for under-ranking.

  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. RCAC representative as an Armd Aslt Tp SME with external agencies.
    B. Training, discipline and welfare of the staff and students placed under command IAW CFITIS and CAO 24-08.
    C. Development, coaching, mentoring, and counselling of students within assigned courses.
    D. Development, publishing, and maintenance of courseware for FCOE for CSQ Armd Aslt Sldr; and any other assigned courses.
    E. Coordination, management, standardization, and instruction of assigned courses.
    F. Must be well organized with good written and verbal communication skills, able to work within a team, possess good problem solving/decision making skills and maintain appropriate level of dress and deportment.
    G. Any other duties assigned by Aslt Tp Ldr, under the CoE functions.
    H. Assume duties of Aslt Tp Ldr when required. I. Travel to oversee exported courses to monitor training delivery. Secondary Duties: BPT augment ARes career courses for theory and practical lessons in garrison or during FTXs, as required during high tempo periods.

  9. Remarks: Cover letter, resume and current Guardian MPRR and are to be attached with the nomination in Monitor Mass. Suitable applicants residing within the geographical area will be given preference. Applicant's medical category, physical fitness and security clearance must be current and at the required level for REO. If an applicant has MELs and is still employable within limitations, a copy of the AR/MEL must be fwd to CTC HQ G1 Reserve Admin Cell. Applicants must have the essential quals as outlined in REO. Applicants with a Secret clearance in progress as of the closing date of the REO may be considered, if no suitable applicant with the appropriate clearance applies. SCPS screen verification of security clearance is to be attached. Once an applicant has been selected, the home unit must complete C of C concurrence in Monitor Mass. Applicants who had a valid (within MOSID) but not current Medical category may be considered for employment. It remains the member's responsibility to ensure that their respective periodic health assessment is updated as soon as CF H Svcs can accommodate.
