  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic: Experience in both Military and civilian contexts that meet these requirements will be considered. (1) Experience leading diverse groups, to include military members, contractors, public servants, defence scientists, and other members of the defence team. (2) Experience managing and/or supporting concurrent projects and initiatives. (3) Strong writing skills with experience producing documents including reports, concepts, policies, plans, and briefings. (4) Knowledge of military command, control, and intelligence processes, ideally gained through operational experience in a headquarters context. (5) Experience in resource management, including budgeting, human resources, and services contracting. (6) Experience in capability development and force development. (7) General understanding of DND/CAF IT/IM structures, policies, and processes.
  4. Basic description of duties: a. Support the COS of the JOFL, ensuring alignment with the JOFL operating concept and both CAF and CJWC objectives. b. Manage logistics within the JOFL, to include personnel, administrative, and financial reporting. c. Support the execution of JOFL projects, and collaborate with stakeholders. d. Produce JOFL documents including reports, concepts, policies, plans, and briefings. e. Interface with the CJWC and broader DND/CAF IT/IM structure as JOFL initiatives move through necessary processes while ensuring compliance to all relevant policies.
