  4. Basic description of duties: The position exists to support the Det Dundurn OR through work as part of a team responsible to provide services for the Det's members. This is a non-supervisory position in which the incumbent is responsible for: 1) Document control and processing; including but not limited to: a) Filing of docs b) Packaging, sorting and sending/receiving of mail c) Copying and shredding as needed 2) Promote a safe environment and ensure all classified material is properly secured and / or disposed according to RODs. 3) Promoting cooperation and teamwork within the OR environment, working effectively with all members of the OR displaying respect for all persons consistently. 4) Provide support to customers at the counter. 5) Answer phone calls and emails, vetting queries before sending up the chain, answering queries within your scope of knowledge. 6) Independently research publications and resources to solve problems at your level, when in doubt, seek guidance from supervisor. 7) Utilize Monitor Mass and run reports. 8) Mbr may be required to complete DNDLearn courses as applicable for employment in the position. 9) Mbr will be trained in basic data entry as needed.
