CFB North Bay has a Class A for a Pte/Cpl MOS ID/Occupation 90000-ATR to commence on 22-NOV-2024 until 21-NOV-2034.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Cadet Org and Trg Service, Regular Force.

Basic description of duties: Provide an organized and effective administrative cell for support to RTF section; Track all course loading messages and direct them to the appropriate person/office, and to liaise with CIS Produce all written military correspondence for internal and external destinations; Take update action in HRMS and Monitor Mass on all successful course candidates, track coursing leave passes for section members; Prepare and maintain schedules on RTF Webpage, provide reports and returns of all courses offered through the section; As section IT coordinator ensure required maintenance of all office equipment, faxes, photocopiers etc. with appropriate agencies; Perform duties of A/DA holder and verify accounts on a monthly basis; Maintain sufficient supplies to include all training aids, stationary, ink cartridges; Maintains physical fitness; and
