  1. 36 Sig Regt has a Class B Permanent for a Sgt/Sgt MOS ID/Occupation 90000-ATR to commence on 01-OCT-2024 until 30-SEP-2026.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Sgt/Sgt
      IAW ref A, applicants who are one rank lower or one rank higher may apply, however will only be considered in those exceptional circumstances where no other qualified candidate is available. If one rank higher is the only suitable applicant, mbr may be required to relinquish their rank for the period of employment.

  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. In conjunction with other Bde Recruiters, prepare and execute the 36 CBG recruiting plan under the direction of the 36 CBG G1 Recruiter;
    B. Interview applicants as required;
    C. Track applicants through database;
    D. Prepare and deliver recruiting presentations;
    E. Staff 36 CBG recruiting office as required;
    F. Liaise with CFRC for attraction;
    G. Aval for spring/summer tasking in support of individual/collective trg as required;
    H. Conduct Canadian Forces Aptitiude Test and FORCE Test; and I. Launch security clearances in Web SCPS.
