  1. FGH has a Class B Permanent for a Pte/Cpl MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA to commence on 27-JAN-2025 until 26-JAN-2028.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Canadian Rangers, Supplementary Reserve Force, Cadet Org and Trg Service, Regular Force.

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    A. The following qualifications/authorities are required to effectively conduct assigned duties and should be completed within a recommended timeframe of 3 months of the employment start dated. Failure to comply may result in remedial measures at the CO's discretion: (1) Contracting Direct with Trade - DLN course; (2) Expenditure Management: Sections 32, 33, 34 of the FAA - DLN course; (3) Guardian - Navigation - DLN course; (4) Guardian - Fundamentals - DLN course; (5) Guardian - Personnel Readiness Verification - DLN course; (6) Guardian - Service Record Management - DLN course; (7) RPSR - delegation of authority (as applicable); and (8) Claims X - delegation of authority (as applicable). (9) CCPS Fundamentals - Pay Administrator - DLN course.
    B. A suitable applicant must be able to demonstrate the following: (1) Strong military writing skills; (2) Strong organizational skills; (3) Working knowledge of Monitor Mass; (4) Working knowledge of ACIMS; (5) Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; (6) Ability to deploy for extended periods of time on brigade level training events in order to fulfill duties of the position while deployed; and (7) Knowledge of CAF policies, CAOs, 3 CDDs, and 38 CBGDs relating to administration.

    B. Briefing on correspondence and regulations;
    C. Applying military compensation and benefits;
    D. Administering support to operations;
    E. Maintaining pay system and payroll accounting;
    F. Maintaining personnel records;
    G. Providing support to personnel management;
    H. Operating automated personnel systems; I. Release administration; and J. Other duties as assigned.
