  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    A. Guardian Correction Mode an asset;
    B. Full time orderly room experience an asset;
    C. Must possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing; and
    D. Member will be subject to unit schedule of training, operations, and to individual tasking by higher HQ. Must be available for unrestricted employment which will include taskings, evening and weekend training.
  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. Responsible for directing, controlling and supervising all Orderly Room processes;
    B. Responsible to make sure all pay sheets are entered and certified according to the production calendar;
    C. Preparing Readiness reports to the CoC;
    D. Handling customer queries and questions;
    E. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and the central registry when Administrators are tasked out or on leave;
    F. Complete staffing and Guardian/RPSR/CCPS input for Admin items including transfers, releases, prom, VOT, ED&T, leave, etc;
    G. Complete the staffing and tracking of all correspondence as required for the purpose of signatures and authorities;
    H. Maintain the security of, and issue keys for spaces and lock-ups within the OR; I. Produce various reports as directed/required; J.Pay Manager L. Other duties as assigned by DCO
