  1. 37 CBG HQ has a Class B Permanent for a Sgt/Sgt MOS ID/Occupation 90000-ATR to commence on 01-NOV-2024 until 31-OCT-2027.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

    B. Must be able to travel and to work nights and weekends.
  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. Responsible for all administration under the recruitment process that is required for an applicant to be enrolled into the Res F;
    B. Provide direct support to units within AO;
    C. Assist planning and execute unit led attractions;
    D. Provide guidance to all Res F influencers;
    E. Develop and maintain good relations with all communities;
    F. Assist potential applicants by outlining the recruiting process, available occupations, and basic eligibility criteria for enrolment;
    G. Assist prospects in completing the application package;
    H. Preparing files for testing session; I. Administer and score the Canadian Forces Aptitude Test (CFAT) using paper and pencil or iCFAT electronic resources as available; J. Administer the Non-Prescribed Drug (NPD) Questionnaire and review to determine applicant eligibility; K. Administer the FORCE test to determine applicant eligibility; L. Provide a realistic job preview to applicants regarding applicant enrolment; M. Assist medical staff with Medical Questionnaire and 5 Core assessments; N. Process Personal Data and conduct reference verifications including initiation of Criminal Record Name Check (CRNC), Credit Check, and security pre-assessment using WebSCPS, application, telephone, and email; O. Prepare applicant file for enrolment, explaining the purpose of each document; P. Counsel applicants regarding their CFAT, NPD, FORCE test and Interview results as appropriate; Q. Prepare verification of former service, previous service calculations, and prior learning assessments for submission using appropriate forms and templates as required; R. Assist in administrative activities pertaining to Res F recruiting as required; S. Assist CFRC with aboriginal program recruitment process; and T. Manage information using hard file and the CFRIMS.
