  4. Basic description of duties: - Direct and lead a team. - Assess student performance. - Recommend changes to improve training plans and lessons as required. Instruct and mentor students as the senior instructor by teaching construction engineer theory as required. - Oversight of budget as required. - Provide inputs to CFSME Ops Plan. - Liaise with 2 CAD, HHQ and offices internal to CFSM
    E. - Have ability to exercise delegation of authority in the procurement, administrative, human resources actions in support of courses and operations. - Ensure adherence to PaCE and BPT to draft job descriptions, feedback notes, and PARs. - Be familiar with and provide input to qualification standards and teaching plans used. - Act as OC for exercises or otherwise support as required. - Actively partake in the ECR process to approve recommendations for course revision, development, or elimination. - Recommend training calendar changes and waivers. - Report to CFMSE HQ. - Staff administration and make recommendations as required. - Track and further sensitive files

Suitable applicants residing within the geographical area will be given preference. Applicant's medical category, physical fitness and security clearance must be current and at the required level for REO. Applicants with a security clearance in progress as of the closing date of the REO may be considered, if no suitable applicant with the appropriate clearance applies. The selected reservist will not be posted to the CADTC PRL for temporary Cl B Svc, but will remain with their home unit. Applicants who had a valid (within MOSID) but not current Medical category may be considered for employment. It remains the member's responsibility to ensure that their respective periodic health assessment is updated as soon as CF H Svcs can accommodate.
