- Secondary requirements of position, as applic: Selected applicant will be required to parade on Tuesday evenings, and will be expected to participate during some Unit weekend training. Must be employable for incremental tasking's during summer training.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Basic description of duties:
A. MONITOR AND VERIFY BUDGET AND REPORT TO CO, DCO, ADJT OR HIGHER COMMAND;
B. DETERMINE AND REPORT FUTURE EXPENDITURES;
C. COMPLETE, VERIFY AND ADJUST TRANSACTIONS IN DRMIS;
D. VERIFY AND AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OF BILLS;
E. RESPOND TO QUERIES FROM HQ AND UNIT MEMBERS;
F. VERIFY AND AUTHORIZE IAW FAA SECTION 32 AND 34;
G. RECONCILE CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS;
H. MAKE TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS FOR PERS GOING ON TD IAW CFTDTI, PROCESS CLAIMS, AND R AND Q REQS;
I. THE SR FSA MUST BE PREPARED TO PARTICIPATE IN SOME UNIT ACTIVITIES AND WORK TUESDAY NIGHTS AND SOME WEEKENDS.
J. MAINTAIN QUALIFICATIONS RELATED TO:
(1) Expenditure Management Crse;
