  1. 36 Svc Bn has a Class B Permanent for a MCpl/MCpl MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA to commence on 16-SEP-2024 until 15-SEP-2027.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: MCpl/MCpl
      IAW ref A, applicants who are one rank lower or one rank higher may apply, however will only be considered in those exceptional circumstances where no other qualified candidate is available. If one rank higher is the only suitable applicant, mbr may be required to relinquish their rank for the period of employment.
    2. MOS ID: 00375-01-HRA
      HRA preferred, if no suitable HRA applies other trades may be considered.
    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    A. Experience processing reserve pay (pay sheets, route letters, CLDA, Cl C administration and contingency payments etc);
    B. Must have working knowledge of Release administration including CAFRA;
    C. Familiar with Monitor Mass, CFTPO, WebSCPS, RPSR and CCPS;
    D. Working knowledge of Guardian; and
    E. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. Successful applicant will be responsible for providing support to all Class A, B and C members of 36 Service Battalion;
    B. Duties include processing enrolments, releases, pay and allowances, Guardian data entry and maintenance of electronic records, security clearances and general office administration as well as other tasks/secondary duties as assigned by supervisor;
    C. Position will require mbr to work Thursday evenings and some weekends with compensatory time off as well as participate in 36 CBG and 5 Cdn Div level training exercises and possibly be tasked out during summer in support of 36 CBG/5 Div; and
    D. Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
