- CA Int Regt Det Ottawa (7 Int) has a Class B Permanent for a MCpl/MCpl MOS ID/Occupation 00376-01-FSA to commence on 17-DEC-2025 until 16-DEC-2028.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

A. Knowledge of unit financial planning;
B. Experience administering Pers policy and procedures;
C. RPSR, pay audit, and administration experience;

E. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (must be proficient in military writing procedures);
F. Excellent computer skills, primarily using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
G. Knowledge of the Financial Administration Manual, Financial Administrative Act, and other financial policies and procedures in relation to both public and non-public funds;
H. Knowledge of CFTDTI and Treasury Board policies;
I. Working knowledge of Claims X; and,
J. Experience with Delegation of Authority.
- Basic description of duties:
A. Ensure all TD claims are initiated and paid out expediently;
B. Review & certify all TD claims IAW Section 32 & 34 of FAA;
C. Supervise the processing of manual claims IAW policies such as Relocation (DND 99), CF 52, storage, and medical claims;
D. Interpret ADM(Fin), 5 Cdn Div policies, CCSB, and CA Int Regt policies; the Financial Administration Manual; the Financial Administration Act; and NPP Policies;
E. Assist with processing financial related data in DRMIS;
F. Assist with HRA related tasks in the Company Orderly Room; and,
G. Any other task as assigned by the chain of command.
