  1. JTFW HQ has a Class B Permanent for a Sgt/Sgt MOS ID/Occupation 90000-ATR to commence on 03-DEC-2024 until 02-DEC-2027.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. Responsible for all administration within the det, including travel and TD/MTEC;
    B. Responsible for maintenance of the det budget;
    C. Responsible for monitoring det Class A pay;
    D. Act as det supply rep acquiring sup items, as required;
    E. Act as det tpt rep, requesting tpt sp and pickup/return of det vehicles when required, and be prepared to drive when required;
    F. Monitor open source and other government agency reporting as guided by Comd JTFW CCIRs;
    G. Produce reports and returns to JTFW/3 Cdn Div HQ, or other emergency management stakeholders, when required;
    H. Maintain det files and records, hard and soft copies, including registering, storing, amending, updating, distributing and accounting for orders, directives, policies, plans and any other reference material; I. Responsible for control of det equipment and stores, including regular maintenance/upgrade and proficiency support; J. Coordinate det IT support with 3 Cdn Div HQ and 17 Wing, as required; K. Attend briefings, meetings, seminars and conferences when required; L. Attend training as programmed by the Det Comd; and M. Support ceremonial and COMREL tasks as directed by the Det Comd.
