- Secondary requirements of position, as applic: The successful candidate will be highly motivated, physically fit, and capable of leading by example in areas of training, dress, deportment, performance, and conduct. Must be highly organized, capable of planning, and show initiative in improving training at the TC, keeping individual training on the forefront to ensure soldiers receive the necessary basic skills to excel in their trade.
- Basic description of duties: The Junior NCO Instructor is an intermediate level Master Corporal job. This job is performed in a field and garrison environment that supports the Land element. The primary responsibility of this job is to instruct and mentor Jr NCM students. The tasks of this job are to assess student performance, to teach infantry doctrine and theory, to instruct on infantry tactics, techniques, and procedures, and to debrief students on performance. Member may be tasked with other duties as required.
