  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic: Preferred Qualifications: - AIUH - DP2 Junior Officer - Land - AEKR - Combat Team Commander
  4. Basic description of duties: 1. Delivery of courseware and exercises in accordance with respective course training plan (TP); 2. Instruct in accordance with the method of instruction outline by the Tactics School Officer in Charge (OIC), Chief Instructor (CI), the Instructor Excellence Program and the Instructor Standardization Training and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) 505; 3. Directing Staff would be required to instruct on the Army Tactical Operations Course (ATOC) at the Tactics School, and if qualified, could instruct on the Combat Team Commander Course (CTCC), and Infantry dismounted Company Commander Course (IDCCC); 4. Through effective instruction and coaching, ensure that students understand and can apply tactical level doctrine at the combat team level; 5. Supervise the progress of students and promptly identify their areas requiring improvement; 6. Act as a role model for students through dress, deportment, discipline, attitude, ethics and physical fitness; 7. Remain current with MOS specific doctrine, TTPs and lessons learned in order to provide expert tactical and technical branch specific advice; 8. Foster professional liaison with external agencies (Field Force), to remain current and actively engaged with what they are doing; 9. ATOC and AOC qualifications mandatory. CTCC and/or IDCCC qualification and subunit command experience an asset. Applicant would also benefit from past Combat Team experience during an FTX with Reg F manoeuvre units; and

Applicants who had a valid (within MOSID) but not current Medical category may be considered for employment. It remains the member's responsibility to ensure that their respective periodic health assessment is updated as soon as CF H Svcs can accommodate.
