  1. CB Highrs has a Class B Permanent for a Pte/Cpl MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA to commence on 08-AUG-2024 until 07-AUG-2027.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

      IAW ref A, applicants who are one rank lower or one rank higher may apply, however will only be considered in those exceptional circumstances where no other qualified candidate is available. If one rank higher is the only suitable applicant, mbr may be required to relinquish their rank for the period of employment.

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic: Desired criteria: RPSR, Guardian, Monitor Mass.
  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and the orderly room filing system through the completion of the following tasks: (1) Receive, sort, verify and date stamp all incoming correspondance, including correspondance received via email, fax or other means, log correspondence and distribute as required etc; (2) Maintain wall files of outgoing msgs, in/out 728s, and other quick reference files; (3) Conduct the PA; and (4) Destroy classified material as req, prepare and ship dormant files to the national archives.
    B. Coordinate requirements and complete supporting documentation for those travelling for temp duty, course or other purpose, through the completion of the fol tasks: (1) Submit requests for MSE, PMV waivers for approval, initiate individual travel claims, brief members on entitlements, send requested travel advances for payment through Section 32 signing authority and prepare TD file with supporting documentation.
