  1. 5 CDSB Gagetown has a Class B Permanent for a MCpl/MCpl MOS ID/Occupation 90000-ATR to commence on 08-JUL-2024 until 07-JUL-2027.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: MCpl/MCpl
      IAW ref A, applicants who are one rank lower or one rank higher may apply. however will only be considered in those exceptional circumstances where no other qualified candidate is available. If one rank higher is the only suitable applicant, mbr may be required to relinquish their rank for the period of employment.
    2. MOS ID: 90000-ATR
      HRA preferred.
    3. Language: English or French essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT

Expenditure Management Course, Green Procurement and Contract Direct With Trade qual (preferred).

  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. Maintain RPSR pay accounts and pay files;
    B. Maintain Reserve Acquittance Roll Register;
    C. Maintain Unit Pers Files and Guardian accounts;
    D. Provide administrative support to 5 CDSG reservists, such as: processing enrolments, releases, leave, Guardian updates and initiating Statements of Understanding and Route Letters;
    E. Process in and out clearances for reserve augmentees and students;
    F. Train and supervise reserve summer augmentee;
    G. Provide guidance and advice WRT resolution of pay and admin issues;
    H. Process local payment requests; I. Perform semi monthly pay verifications; J. Administer deployment files for Reg F and Class C pers; and K. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
