  1. 4 ESR has a Class B Temporary for a Maj/Maj MOS ID/Occupation 90027-CBT ARMS - OFFR to commence on 15-JUL-2024 until 14-JUL-2027.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

    1. Rank: Maj/Maj
      IAW ref A, applicants who are one rank lower or one rank higher may apply, however will only be considered in those exceptional circumstances where no other qualified candidate is available. If one rank higher is the only suitable applicant, mbr may be required to relinquish their rank for the period of employment.

  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. Plan and coordinate the Mission Support Cadre (MSC) logistical support;
    B. Employ and manage equipment and resources to achieve training requirements;
    C. Liaise with external sustainment organizations;
    D. Apply administrative procedures;
    E. Plan and manage MSC infrastructure;
    F. Manage personnel position requirements; and
    G. Validate and monitor all training.
