  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic: The following qualifications would be considered an asset: ALNJ - Aircraft Inspection Planning and Control; and ALKY - Fleet Maintenance Manager
  4. Basic description of duties: Basic description of duties: The ARO Production Manager primary duties are to coordinate and monitor day to day activities of 14 AMS Aircraft Maintenance Performance Management Program (AMPMP) and will be responsible for:
    A. Coordinate aircraft scheduling activities related to periodic inspection: 1) Prior to induction, work with planning staff to prepare for and conduct pre-induction activities as per applicable Fleet Work Instructions (FWI) and Unit Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); 2) During periodic, set daily, weekly, monthly and/or milestone goals for ARO Periodic Inspection Crews to achieve. Provide any requested statistics to ARO staff in reference to periodic status; and 3) Post periodic, organize and conduct periodic hot wash/lessons learned. Review Quality Control Audit Reports for ARO aircraft and/or other applicable documentation, identify trends and recommend corrective or preventive measures to improve airworthiness and section effectiveness.
    B. Track all risks associated with the inspection and develop COAs to mitigate delays to the periodic inspection timeline; and
    C. Liaise and coordinate with ARO Planner, ARO Periodic Inspection Manager, HPR Clerk, 10 Hangar Supply Section, WSM, and the associated 14 AMS sections throughout the duration of aircraft inspections.
