  4. Basic description of duties: Position Description: The position exists to support 17 Wing and the WRTF as an instructor and primarily responsible for the conduct of small arms training. Responsible for: This is a supervisory position in which the incumbent is responsible for: a) Instructing small arms, Land Nav & Comms, and IBTS courses; b) Acting as a member of the Range Safety staff during small arms qualifications; c) Assuming the duties of the WPNS NCO when delegated; d) Updating training course materials when required; e) Ensuring training supplies are maintained, repaired and serviceable; f) Ensuring training SOP's are complied with; g) Producing training course schedules when required; & h) Supervising subordinates in the completion of their duties. Accountable to: The member is directly accountable to the WRTF Deputy Commander and the WRTF WO.
