  1. 1 CRPG has a Class B Permanent for a WO/WO MOS ID/Occupation 90000-ATR to commence on 01-JUL-2024 until 30-JUN-2027.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: WO/WO
      Under/Over ranking shall only be used in exceptional circumstances, where no established rank qualified candidate is found suitable by a Board Report and approved by Div HQ. Higher rank will relinquish rank for the duration of the employment period.
    2. MOS ID: 90000-ATR
      CBTA Preferred
    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT
    7. Required experience and quals:

      Competency Remarks: Must be fully trade qualified in working rank.
      A. Must be able to deploy on short notice for up to 14 continuous days; B. Must be prepared to work with youth through the junior canadian ranger program; C. Valid DND 404 and civilian drivers licence; D. Must submit and pass vulnerable sector screening (VSS); E. Must be prepared to deploy on operations; and F. Must have valid force test completed.

    B. Previous experience working with youth will be an asset
  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. Member to assist in the operations of 1 CRPG;
    B. May be required to supervise and deliver JCR training on the land; and
    C. May be required to backfill the CR program.
