  1. 6 CCSB HQ has a Class B Permanent for a WO/WO MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA to commence on 17-JUN-2024 until 16-JUN-2027.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: WO/WO
      IAW ref A, applicants who are one rank lower or one rank higher may apply, however will only be considered in those exceptional circumstances where no other qualified candidate is available. If one rank higher is the only suitable applicant, mbr may be required to relinquish their rank for the period of employment.
    2. MOS ID: 00375-01-HRA
      HRA preferred, if no suitable HRA applies other trades may be considered.

  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. The 6th Canadian Combat Support Brigade Headquarters (6 CCSB HQ) G1 Reserve Management will be responsible to manage and monitor Primary Reserve employment, including the issuing of tasking deployment messages;
    B. Responsible to provide chain of command and subordinate units with timely and accurate PRes personnel admin support, advice and guidance;
    C. Responsible for all administrative procedures for the management of Res F pers: enrolment, re-enrolment, transfers, occupational transfer, promotion, appointment, extension beyond CRA, release, and the monitoring and approving of requests for employment of Res F pers;
    D. Advisor to 6 CCSB chain of command regarding Reserve HR policy and management;
    E. Interpret and monitor the implementation of Army HR policies and directives within 6 CCSB;
    F. Personnel management and administration and staff work dealing with enrolment, and re-enrolment of PRes personnel;
    G. Assist with unit Staff Assistance Visits (SAVs) to ensure compliance of policies and procedures; and
    H. Other duties as assigned by 6 CCSB chain of command.
