  4. Basic description of duties: a. Assist the Director Air Personnel Strategy 4 (D Air Pers Strat 4) Workforce Development in the continued development and planning of Human Resources strategies for the RCAF; b. Work to devise strategies to evaluate the RCAF workforce, assess gaps and determine potential initiatives in regard to RCAF personnel (supply and demand); c.Analyze, forecast and create briefing notes, policy documents presentations to support findings and/or future initiatives. Experience in a previous staff officer position is required.
