  1. 36 CER has a Class B Permanent for a MCpl/MCpl MOS ID/Occupation 90000-ATR to commence on 12-AUG-2024 until 11-AUG-2027.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

      IAW ref A, applicants who are one rank lower or one rank higher may apply, however will only be considered in those exceptional circumstances where no other qualified candidate is available.   4. Basic description of duties:
    A. Assist with coordinating training at sub-unit level IAW 36 CER training directives under 36 CER Ops WO direction;
    B. Monitor training programs at sub-unit level to ensure compliance with 36 CER Op Plan;
    C. Maintain Unit trainining directives under direction of the 36 CER Ops WO;
    D. Assist in coordinating, monitoring, and attend training exercises or events if required;
    E. Maintain operational readiness awareness of all pers within sub-unit level;
    F. Attend all Unit level Ops & Trg Coords and be prepared to attend 36 CBG level Coords;
    G. Under 36 CER Ops WO direction, be prepared to liase with other 36 CBG Units and assist in coordinating training;
    H. Be familiar with 36 CER Op Plan, SOs, CBIs, CFTDIs, CANFORGENs, Training Safety, and Soldier Readiness Policy; I. Assist with gathering all relevant documents and signatures in preparing members for Duty Travel for training or exercises; J. Be familiar with CFTPO, Monitor Mass, CFRIS, ACIMS, Claims X and HRG; K. Maintain quality assurance and quality control in all systems of record to maintain operational readiness; and L. Perform any duties as assigned by the 36 CER Ops WO.
