  4. Basic description of duties: General Statement of Duties: The Fin Supr is responsible for the overall financial support to 3 CRPG unit members. (1) Ensure proper tracking of unit expenditures, making corrections when required; (2) Verify and process invoices in DRMIS; (3) Analyze unit budget and provide reports and guidance for Coy OCs; (4) Maintain unit DOAs; (5) Verify and apply section 34 approval for claims; (6) Maintain and reconcile unit ARI account; (7) Maintain and reconcile unit DTA accounts; (8) Liaise with and provide returns to higher headquarters; (9) Maintain and reconcile Base POL account; (10) Provide guidance and clarification on financial policy when required; (11) Provide mentorship to subordinate staff; and (12) Provide opportunities for training and courses for subordinate staff.
