    1. Rank: Maj/Maj
      IAW ref A, applicants who are one rank lower or one rank higher may apply, however will only be considered in those exceptional circumstances where no other qualified candidate is available. If one rank higher is the only suitable applicant, mbr may be required to relinquish their rank for the period of employment.
    2. MOS ID: 00181-01-ENGR
      Engr preferred, if no suitable Engr applies other trades may be considered.

  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. The member will oversee all administration required by their Sqn and perform the duties of Sqn 2IC in a garrison role;
    B. Responsible to coordinate unit administration with the Adjt, brief the OC on administration matters in the Sqn, and supervise administration production;
    C. PaCE/PARs;
    D. Management of MELs;
    E. Supervise and conduct ARs as required; and
    F. Produce general admin products to maintain readiness and soldier welfare.
