  4. Basic description of duties: a. Review/Complete claims: 1) Review and Sect 32 claims; 2) Provide guidance on claims queries; and 3) Understand claims processes for all types of claims, including CBI Move & Damage claims. b. Assure that all information concords in appropriate systems such as: 1) DRMIS; 2) Claims-X web; 3) Monitor Mass; and 4) CFTPO. c. Assure good functioning of the cell: 1) Provide customer service. Read, find, solve, reply to questions received in the + e-mail account; 2) Solve claims issues by communicating appropriately with RI's; 3) Assure follow-up and reimbursement of expenses with other entities; 4) Report to Financial Supervisor any financial issues with DRMIS and/or HRG services; and 5) Understand and seek information IOT be able to manage all programs used and keep educating cell members on changes. d. Perform other duties as tasked by Senior Fin Services Admin.
