  1. 4 Cdn Div TC has a Class B Permanent for a MCpl/MCpl MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA to commence on 03-JUN-2024 until 02-JUN-2027.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Regular Force, Supplementary Reserve Force.

      Applicants who are one rank lower or one rank higher may apply, however will only be considerd if no suitable candidate of the required rank is available. If one rank higher, mbr may be required to relinquish their rank for the period of employment.

    A. Act as second in command of Base Orderly Room;
    B. Supervise and mentor subordinates, act as HRA Supr when required;
    C. Working knowledge of Guardian and CCPS;
    D. Good Verbal and written communication skills;
    E. Able to prioritize and organize daily tasks;
    F. Process Releases, VOT and COT application;
  4. Basic description of duties: - Perform URS duties such a Pers docs, leave records, as per MHRRP (A-PM 245) and policy; - Update personal data in Guardian, using Coach as required; - Maintenance of PRV files and assisting in APRV; - Knowledge of CCPS and ability to perform CCPS Transaction; and - Able to interrupt policy: MPAI, CFAO, CBI, QR&O, DAODs, MHRRP, etc.
