  1. 4 Cdn Div TC has a Class B Permanent for a Capt/Capt MOS ID/Occupation 00002-01-Officer to commence on 15-JAN-2024 until 14-JAN-2027.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Regular Force, Supplementary Reserve Force.

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic: Good knowledge of CF and Army Military Admin, Mgt policies, benefits and entitlements, good writing skills, good skills with computer software, experience with contracts and site service contracts. Financial DoA Course an asset.
  4. Basic description of duties: Admin support to Site Service Management Team Officer (SSMT O), including the review and editing of the Statement of Work (Sow) for the site serve contract. Support Quality Assurance (QA) of the site service contract by participating in the QA Program. Conduct duties of B Sup O (B Sup O of record, OPI for MAAP, SNACs, MLRs etc). Exercise financial DoA as required for approval of procurements and for approval of DND 626 Task Authorizations for the site serve contract, when needed. Provide oversight on expenditures of the Procurement Section, coordinate as needed with the Unit Comptroller for budget planning, reports, and returns, especially with Q4 reports. Provide advice to the OC and to the CO on CAF Supply policies, directives, and orders. Draft briefing notes, synopsis sheets and letters for the Chain of Command. Provide advice on CSS issues related to the Site Service Contact to the SSMT O and the chain of command. BPT cover the duties of SSMT Supply Assessor as needed. BPT cover the duties of SSMT O as needed. Liaise with 4 Cdn Div G4 staff regarding contract and material management compliance. Review and update Base Standing Orders (SO) that pertain to Material Management annually, or upon changes of policies, directives, and orders. BPT to become familiar and proficient with IT reporting tools used by the CA and 4 Cdn Div HQ. Represent Garrison Company at weekly Ops Coord meetings, and other meetings as tasked. Other duties as assigned by the chain of command.
