Secondary requirements of position, as applic: Desired qualifications and experience: 1) Working knowledge of CFITES; 2) Experience and/or training in instruction; [AHCH] [AIMU] [AHCJ]; 3) Experience working in a Canadian Combined Aerospace Operations Centre (COAC); 4) Experience in an Air Force school; 5) Working knowledge of RCAF organization structures; 6) Excellent communication skills; and 7) Proficient with MS Office software.
  4. Basic description of duties: The DOTPD CM is responsible for the management and the ongoing maintenance and updating of the AFOD program course materials including Master Lesson Plans, Slide decks, and all other supporting documentation. The CM is also responsible to perform facilitation of discussions related to the AFOD program and Instructor duties as directed by the DOTPD Chair. The CM responsibilities include: a. Editing of revision and developmental efforts for AFOD material as required; b. Assist in the distribution of developmental work to the CDO staff to maximize efficiency; and c. Perform other duties as assigned by the DOTPD Chair or the Director of Curriculum Development.
