  1. 4 Cdn Div TC has a Class B Temporary for a WO/WO MOS ID/Occupation 00368-01-GNR to commence on 27-NOV-2023 until 12-SEP-2025.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: WO/WO
      One rank lower and one rank higher may apply. Other ranks will only be considered if there are no suitable Rank applicants. One rank higher will relinquish their rank for the duration of the period of employment.
    2. MOS ID: 00368-01-GNR
      Other MOSID will be considered if no suitable GNR NCM is found. CBTA MOSIDs preferred.
    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic: The successful candidate will be highly motivated, physically fit, and capable of leading by example. In areas of trg, dress, deportment, performance, and conduct. Must be highly organized, capable of planning and showing initiative in improving training at the TC keeping indiv trg on the forefornt to ensure soldiers receive the necessary basic skills to excel in their trade.
  4. Basic description of duties: The WO instructor position could be called upon to instruct or act as either the course officer or course WO for various courses including but not limited to BMQ(L) or even DP1 Ing as dictated by the national calendar produced by AIT
    A. Responsiblities include: a. Organize and conduct regular and reserve force courses IAW approved qualification Standards and Training Plans; b. Participate in end course reviews, student debriefs and assess staff for all courses for which he is the Crse WO or Crse Officer; c. Mentor and guide instrs and crse staff throughout the course, for both practical and written abilities; d. Prepare and deliver crse material for courses; and e. Participate in other duties as required.
