    B. Able to work independently in a dynamic environment
    C. Experience as a Junior supervisor using Monitor Mass

  4. Basic description of duties: AVS Tech is responsible to support the Technical Support Section in carrying out its mandate which includes; assessing the maintenance aspects of modified or new equipment, special projects, testing and on-aircraft EMI/EMC safety of flight-testing in support of 415 Sqn or external agencies. Maintaining professional currency through training and self-study. Providing advice on CP140 avionics systems, technical projects and installations. Reviewing technical documents (CFMI, Test Plans, CFTO's, etc.). Maintaining Unit test equipment. Supporting the installation and functional verification of data acquisition in support of OT&
    E. Assist subordinates in all aspects of project work. Review their correspondence and provide necessary guidance as required. Prepare performance assessments (i.e. PARs) for subordinates. Maintain personnel records. Listen attentively and provide effective feedback.
