  4. Basic description of duties: Class A reserve, CCR Maint is responsible to the CCR supervisor for all activities related to Holberg and equipment assigned. a. FPS 117 Canadian Coastal Radar b. Cossar Beacon IFF c. READAC Remote Environmental Automatic Acquisition Concept d. GRT 21/22, GRR 23/24 AGA Major Responsibilities: a. Supervising and performing preventive maintenance routines; b. Supervising and performing corrective maintenance; c. Monitors performance and accuracy of assigned systems; d. Diagnoses faults, repairs and modifies assigned systems; e. Performs installation and acceptance checks of equipment; f. Sets up and operates applicable test equipment; g. Provides on job training for CCR personnel; h. Liases with MCC North Bay and support agencies reference Holberg site and equipment support; i. Recommends and maintains safety procedures; j. May operate power generating equipment; k. Provides technical assistance to other departments; l. Ensures safe house keeping and working conditions are maintained; m. Ensures all equipment spares are repaired, identified and properly stored; n. Monitors performance and provide counselling to subordinates; o. Completes the required administrative procedures for reporting equipment outages and support (ie EAR's, CF141's, CF942's, CF 2302's); p. Monitor and review pace flight checks records; q. Performs any duties or responsibilities commensurate with service to the CF; r. Provide assistance to the CCR Supr and the R&CS WO.
