  1.   4. Basic description of duties: The position of RCAF Reserve transport NCO exists to provide limited transport services on behalf of the 17 Wing Transportation Officer in support of 15 Wing. The TN/NCO must ensure that all processes outlined in DND Tpt SOPs, ref A-LM-158-005/AG-001 (Transportation Manual Mobile Support Equipment Vol 5), are adhered to as well as other Acts and Policies. The TN/NCO will ensure the 17 Wing Transportation Officer is well informed of all initiatives, incidents and shortcomings within the Wing with regard to MSE issues through the MSE Controller.
