  4. Basic description of duties: a. Personnel Administration/Personnel Services: 1. Supervise Sqn Orderly Room including professional development and training of RMS Clerks 2. Deliver Central Registry services; mail, filing system, nominal rolls, call-out lists, etc 3. Advise Sqn leadership on application of administrative policies and procedures in resolving personnel issues including drafting related correspondence and administering reports and returns 4. Provide administrative support and guidance to all Sqn personnel 5. Administer Sqn CFPAS process including unit SOPs, provide briefings on process, and coordinate completion, staffing and tracking of PERs and PDRs 6. Advise Sqn leadership on Administrative Review and Remedial Measures Policies and Procedures 7. Act as SME for civilian personnel issues including staffing indeterminate, term and casual positions, monitoring completion of Civilian Performance Review Reports (CPRRs) and Personal Learning Plans (PLPs) 8. Manage Sqn TO&E and coordinate staffing of all Reg F, Res F and civilian EC requirements 9. Staff TD and General Allowance claims IAW applicable policies and procedures 10. Oversee the management of -Public Property (NPP), Delegation of Authorities and NPP accounts 11. Coordinate delivery of Sqn-level Morale and Welfare Services 12. Draft and/or execute logistics Warning, Frag, Admin and Op Orders in support of operations and exercises 3. Execute/Coordinate required procurement and contracting support to address capability gaps d. General 1. Plan and execute administrative and logistics support for all Sqn activities in garrison and deployed, including technical liaison with external agencies 2. Liaise with Wing Admin and WLE personnel in addressing administrative and logistic support issues that cannot be resolved at Sqn level 3. Promulgate Sqn administrative and logistic policies and procedures as required
