- Basic description of duties: Air Operations Support Technician Coordinator (AOS Tech Coord) is an entry level Sgt job which is performed in the hangar, office and flight line environments. This Class A position has been established to provide Wing-wide support for the coordination of employment of AOS Technicians (AOS Techs). Primary responsibilities include: working with RCAF Reserve recruiters on recruiting and attraction activities for the AOS Tech occupation; direct supervision of junior AOS Techs, including the scheduling of work shifts; and the integration of AOS Techs with Force Protection activities.
